I suppose that's understandable. I ran into a bit of trouble myself a while back when that plague or whatever it was was going around. Everyone seemed to want to be invited into my house, but they weren't prepared to be good guests.

I, of course, strive to maintain the proper etiquette.

Eheh, yeah... Thankfully, my location tends to keep me out of trouble enough, as you can imagine. A couple of hours south of Bavan isn't exactly a short work, even for some monsters.

I'll be honest, I don't know a great deal about etiquette... At least, beyond the basics. There's so many cultures among humans, and they all seem to prefer different things.

Very true! But there are very few cultures that consider breaking down someone's door and perhaps destroying all their furniture to make a bonfire to be proper etiquette.

Or at least one would assume.

To be honest, I'm not particularly inclined to live in a city this large for an extended period of time. However, most of the towns outside of Bavan are terribly small, which doesn't exactly suit my purposes, either.

The treehouse is rather safe, but not too far away for inconvenience. I highly recommend a similar setup.

Though that would require building something or having something built. I suppose I could ask Mana, but one only accumulates so many coins at a time and there's something I'm saving them for.
